Universal - General Maintenance Recycled Cellulose Boom

General Maintenance sorbents are primarily used in the application of containing and absorbing oils, coolants, solvents, water and other non-aggressive liquids.

A highly absorbent General Maintenance Boom filled with cellulose fibers, incased with a very strong, tear resistant polyester outer skin. The normal application is to contain and to absorb oils, coolants, solvents, water and other non-aggressive liquids.

• Rope running along length of Boom adds strength for deployment and retrieval.
• Strong, zinc-plated carbon steel attachment clips and rings allow you to link Booms together for greater length.
• Universal Cellulose fill is highly absorbent.
• Tough outer mesh resists snags and debris while remaining pliable.
• Spun bond polypropylene skin is UV resistant up to 12 months; meets NFPA 99 standards for static decay.
• Hugs ground and machinery to confine and soak up spills.
• Can be incinerated.
